Our beautiful beach retreat condo on the 21st floor is located in the highly sought after Tidewater Beach Resort, just west and within walking distance of Pier Park. This 923 sq. ft. one-bedroom deluxe floor plan with oceanfront master, two full bathrooms and bunk room comfortably sleeps six.
As you walk into 2109 Tidewater, you are immediately greeted with a glorious view of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. The turquoise water and the vast expanse of it is almost overwhelming. But step inside to what awaits you. Once inside the condo, you immediately get a sense of comfort and pleasure. Beautiful updated furnishings on large tile floors throughout, with all the comforts of home.
The unit itself boasts 9’ ceilings as well as incredible oceanfront and sunset views from the 30’ (170 sq. ft.) balcony that is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster.
Sleeping accommodations include a king bed, twin/twin bunk, and high-end sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers a king bed, television, storage, and en-suite bathroom. The enclosed bunk room provides a twin over twin bunk bed, television/dvd, closet and attached 2nd bathroom.
The living area boasts a Queen-Plus (66” x 80”) American Leather Comfort Sleeper Sofa – no bars or springs – comfortable sleeping for adults or children.
This deluxe floor plan is unique in that the front door is offset from the main walkway, thereby reducing noise from neighbors and the street below. From the front walkway you will have outstanding views to Pier Park to the east and Frank Brown Park to the north.

AROUND TOWN
Panama City Beach offers activities for all. Bikes, scooters, and carts are available for rent along Front Beach Road. Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Gulf World Marine Park, and Shipwreck Island Water Park are minutes away. Nature lovers will enjoy St. Andrews State Park, Camp Helen State Park and Shell Island. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the baseball and soccer fields at Frank Brown Park which can be seen from the front walkway of this unit.
Marine activities include fishing charters, dolphin tours, jet ski/boat rentals, parasailing, windsurfing, and banana boat rides available at many beach rental locations and at the various marinas in the area.
